Faculty Agenda

Gemma Starkie BSc, NREMT-P, EMS Clinical Coordinator for Loudoun County Fire and Rescue and volunteers operationally as a field Paramedic for Lovettsville and Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Departments within LCFR. Gemma has been involved in providing educational classes and hands on instruction for LCFR, Inova hospitals and Loudoun County Public Schools for the past 6 years in the area of EMS. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors from the University of Lancashire in the UK. Gemma has leadership experience having held the Rescue Chief position with LVFR for 3 years. Gemma currently is working at increasing clinical collaboration between healthcare facilities and EMS departments locally.
