EMS World Expo is a 5-day event that annually attracts more than 6,000 attendees from all over the world, with 50+ countries represented in 2023. Attendees have a chance to participate in 2 days of preconference workshops and 3 days of main conference classes, presented by the most respected educators in EMS. Additionally, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) Annual Meeting is co-located with EMS World Expo.

Affiliate Meeting Space
Affiliate meeting space is available in half-day (4-hour) and full-day (8-hour) rentals. Meeting space is held for exhibiting companies. Requests from non-exhibiting companies will be at the discretion of HMP. All requests must be approved by HMP. Learn More
