EMS Response to a Mega Mass Casualty Event: Lessons Learned from the Israeli-Gaza War

On October 7, 2023, a major war erupted between Israel and Gaza. The surprise attack involved civilians in communities around the southern part of Israel. This presentation will detail the initial response of the Israeli national EMS agency (Magen David Adom) for these events that include thousands of injured and more than a thousand dead.
