An Active Shooting Incident: Lessons for Executives and Senior Leaders

Participants will engage in discussion with Woodlands Senior Living’s Chief Operating Officer and the Lewiston community’s Administrator about the shelter in place order, lessons learned about maintaining safety for all stakeholders, and their experiences of leading through crisis. The lessons learned in Lewiston, Maine are transferable to senior and executive leaders across the continent.
