Vanessa Mandich

Vanessa G. Mandich, RC/AL Administrator is a compassionate leader and administrator. Her dedication to providing quality services that meets the unique needs of aging individuals living with dementia, is obvious.

Vanessa is a certified community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association and facilitator for Alzheimer's support groups. She is trained and certified in Sigma Six. Also, is a certified dementia practioner.

Vanessa oversees daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with federal laws and state regulations in a large residential, memory care facility. She forges relationships with community partners to ensure seamless transitions of care. Vanessa chairs the quality assurance and performance improvement committee for the organization and is responsible for the development of resident centered service planning, tracking and trending data related to key performance indicators, and proactively addresses safety concerns and resident needs. She is a mentor and leader for the community and the corporation. During the mass shooting on October 25, 2023, Vanessa served as the onsite incident commander working in concert with executive leaders, frontline staff, and local authorities.

Vanessa is pursuing her degree in nursing and is a very strong advocate for her residents and staff.
