Please read the following carefully before submitting a proposal.

The Senior Living Executive Conference invites thought leaders, innovators, and subject matter experts to submit ideas for the 2027 Senior Living Executive Conference. These ideas will be reviewed by the conference Steering Committee for possible inclusion in the agenda.

PROPOSAL GUIDELINES:

Sessions should be designed for a senior-level audience of owners, operators, CEOs, and executive leaders. We strongly encourage interactive, discussion-based, and practical sessions with actionable takeaways.

Preferred formats include roundtables, workshops, facilitated discussions, and case study-driven sessions. Only proposals that are fully completed will be considered for breakout sessions. if your submission is accepted, the Senior Living Executive Conference content team will work with you further as needed on structure, language, and speaker alignment.

IMPORTANT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Accepted speakers are responsible for their own conference registration, travel, and hotel accommodations.
• Industry supplier proposals will only be considered if they include an Owner/Operator presenter and focus on a real-world case study. Product pitches will not be accepted.
• Include details for all proposed speakers, including name, title, company, bio, and CV.
• Provide a detailed session description, including learning objectives, and how the session will engage the audience through discussion or other interactive elements.
• Sessions that incorporate interactive formats and peer exchange will be prioritized.

2027 FOCUS AREAS:
Breakout sessions are typically 45 minutes in length and should balance content delivery with audience engagement while addressing topics in the following focus areas:

DATES & DEADLINE:

• Call for Proposals Open – April 30, 2026
• Submission Deadline – June 18, 2026
• Acceptance Notifications – August 14, 2026
