Leann Sebrey

Leann Sebrey, RN, MSN-NEL, MMsc, CPN, is the Chief Operating and Chief Clinical Officer for Woodlands Senior Living in Maine. Leann is an accomplished public speaker and lecturer known for her dynamic and engaging presentations that have captivated audiences nationwide. With a background in emergency, pediatric, critical care, trauma, flight, home health and hospice, she offers keen insight into post-acute care of fragile seniors focusing on senior leadership responsibilities as an authentic leader with clear expectations.

Leann is a has attained national recognition in multiple nursing specialties and was honored as one of the top 50 home health nurses in the US. Leann’s passion for high quality, evidence-based care is reflected in her professional practice and as a Residential Care Administrator. Leann has authored many journal articles and academic posters. She published a book by Gallaudet University Press, A Parents’ Guide to Baby Signs: Early Communication with Your Infant.
