Showcase Your Work & Contribute to This Year's Learning Experience!

 

Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of mental health clinicians. The Poster Sessions provide presenting authors a forum in which they can showcase their work and interact with conference attendees. We are seeking poster submissions in the following areas:

  • Research Reports
  • Research in Progress
  • Case Reports
  • Repeat Presentations

Important Dates

  • Poster Abstract Submission Portal Opens: November 19th, 2025
  • All Poster Abstract Submissions Due: February 2nd, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
  • Notification of Acceptance or Rejection: Posters will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis, with decision notification emails being sent the first week of December, January, and February. All submissions received by the end of the month prior will receive a decision email within the corresponding review cycle.
    • Important Dates for Accepted Poster Abstract Submissions:
      • Withdrawal Date: February 23rd
      • Poster Numbers Provided: March 2nd
      • Submission of a PDF of Accepted Poster Due: March 9th
      • On-Site Poster Presentation Time: All accepted posters must be on display with a designated representative available to answer attendee questions during the Poster Presentation Reception Saturday, March 21st, 5:40-6:40 PM.
