Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of mental health clinicians. The Poster Sessions provide presenting authors a forum in which they can showcase their work and interact with conference attendees. We are seeking poster submissions in the following areas:
- Research Reports
- Research in Progress
- Case Reports
- Repeat Presentations

Important Dates
- Poster Abstract Submission Portal Opens: November 16, 2026
- All Poster Abstract Submissions Due: February 22, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET
- Notification of Acceptance or Rejection: Posters will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis, with decision notification emails being sent the first week of January, February, and March. All submissions received by the end of the month prior will receive a decision email within the corresponding review cycle.
- Important Dates for Accepted Poster Abstract Submissions:
- Withdrawal Date: March 15
- Poster Numbers Provided: March 22
- Submission of a PDF of Accepted Poster Due: April 1
- On-Site Poster Presentation Time: Accepted posters must be on display with a designated representative available to answer attendee questions during the Exhibit Hall breaks (dates and times TBA)
