Exhibitors seeking a sub-block of rooms (ten or more rooms on the peak night) will pay a nonrefundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed. Full prepayment for the block is due on or before February 18, 2027. A final rooming list including full names, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before March 18, 2027. Scammers may call or email Psych Congress NP Institute Annual Meeting attendees, faculty, and exhibitors, claiming to represent Psych Congress NP Institute or Psych Congress NP Institute vendors, and encourage participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies with names like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services.” They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like Psych Congress NP Institute or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Psych Congress NP Institute, HMP, and our host hotels will never call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post personal conference attendee or exhibitor information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
