Hotel Details
Situated in the heart of Nashville, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center welcomes guests to a stunning resort experience. From SoundWaves, the city’s premier aquatic attraction, to an exciting lineup of activities and entertainment, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. Guests at our family-friendly Nashville resort can explore nine acres of airy indoor garden atriums, award-winning restaurants and bars, the world-class Relâche Spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The resort is located near Nashville International Airport, downtown, and attractions like the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium for guests wishing to explore Music City.

Attendees: $309.00
Exhibitors: $349.00
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 16.75% plus an additional $2.50 per night city tax) as well as a taxable nightly resort fee of $28.00
Please note: all attendee reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit for one night's room and tax; exhibitor reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit of two nights' room and tax
The group rate will be available until February 11, 2026 (or until the room block has been filled)
Exhibitor Sub-blocks:
Exhibitors seeking a sub-block of rooms (defined as ten or more rooms on the peak night) will pay a non-refundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed.
Full pre-payment for the block is due on or before January 21, 2026.
A final rooming list including full names, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before February 18, 2026.
Cancellations made after January 21 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees.
