Those are only available to participants who are currently employed as:

  • nurses or allied health professional (advanced practitioners like nurse practitioners, radiographers, and cath lab technicians (not physicians)

  • fellow (finished medical school no longer than 6 years ago but still in training of their first specialization)

  • students who have not concluded their first study yet and who are currently enrolled at the university.

Please make sure to have a proof of your current employment status ready to upload in the next step.
We only accept ENGLISH or GERMAN verifications.

Group bookings are possible, and registrations must be assigned to the participants within 5 days after purchase. Please enter individual personal email addresses for the participants.

Any change requested (re-bookings, invoice changes, name/e-mail address change) will result in an 80 Euro handling fee.

Registration-Rules-and-Process

    • Registration Rules

      1. Central European Time (CET/CEST) applies.

      2. Industry registrations are valid for participants, who work at a company that does not participate in sponsorship/support of LINC. If you are employed by industry and not a physician or working at a medical institution, you MUST register as “Industry.” Participants who work at a sponsoring/supporting company must register via the company sponsor registration account to benefit from the company sponsor registration terms and rates.

      3. The reduced student registration rate is available only to students who have not concluded their first study yet and who are currently enrolled at a university.

      4. The reduced nurse/AHP registration rate is available only to participants who are currently employed as nurses or allied health professionals (advanced practitioners such as nurse practitioners, radiographers, and cath lab technicians—not physicians).

      5. The reduced fellow registration rate is available only to participants who are currently employed as fellows, who finished medical school no longer than 6 years ago, and are still in training for their first specialization.

      6. Please provide proof of your current university enrollment/employment status. We accept verification in only ENGLISH or GERMAN. After we receive and verify the proof, your registration becomes valid. Please note that we might change the registration rate to the full registration rate if the verification is not sufficient for the organisers.

    • Registration Process

      Individual bookings

      1. Booker selects registration
      2. Assigns registration to “myself” or to someone else
      3. Fills in the data required (participation form and invoice data, upload of proof discount eligibility)
      4. Booker pays the registration fee online
      5. Booker receives invoice email
      6. Participant receives email asking to accept, fill in the participant form (if it’s not the booker) and checks in
      7. Participant receives email with a ticket

       

      Group bookings

      1. Booker selects multiple tickets
      2. Booker immediately is transferred to the "Pay" step.
      3. After paying, user receives an email with the invoice.
      4. User can start assigning tickets by providing names and email addresses. Names have to be provided within 5 days.
      5. Assigned participants will receive an email to accept, fill in the participant form, and check in.
    • Payment Options

      Payments are due at the time of registration. Registrations not paid will be cancelled 1 weekafter registration is made if not paid. A
      new registration will be required at thethen current rate.*

      The registration fee may be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit card, Discover, Diners Club, and China 
      UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link, Bancontact, EPS, giropay or iDeal. Participants are responsible for any transfer 
      and/or card fees.

      Bank transfer and cash payments are not possible at all!

    • Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation / Rebooking / Handling Charges*

      Written cancellation of the registration must be sent to Provascular by letter or email to 
      LINCregistration@hmpglobal.com


      Cancelation Deadlines

      Until 31 October 2026, a refund of 100% of the registration fee will be made, minus a cancelation fee of 100 Euros.
      From 1 November until 30 November 2026, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made.
      As of 1 December 2026, no refunds will be made. Fees already paid will not be refunded. 
      These terms also apply for registrations made after 1 December.

      A refund will not be made in the case of no-show, illness, early departure, etc. 
      Any change requested (re-bookings, invoice changes, name/e-mail address change) will result in an 80 Euro handling fee!

      A registration is transferable to another person at any time. After the badge has been issued/printed,a handling fee of 80 Euros will 
      apply for the name change/badge transfer. If a reduced participation fee was booked by the original participant, proof of such must 
      be provided so that it may be applied to the new participant. The new participant (replacement) must pay the handling fees if they 
      have not been paid already. Fees already paid will not be refunded to the original participant. *

      LINC advises all participants to beware fraudulent emails, unofficial registration sites, and fake hotel booking agencies claiming to represent LINC 2027. Registration is handled by the LINC registration team only, and this is the official and only LINC website.

    • Code of Conduct

      Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees, and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected to abide by this Code.

    • Sessions

      Sessions are subject to change.

      No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of LINC without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. Please complete the Press Pass request form for access.
