    • Fraud Warning Disclaimer

      LINC advises all participants to stay alert of fraudulent emails, unofficial registration sites, and fake hotel booking agencies claiming to represent LINC 2026. Registration is handled by the LINC registration team only and this is the official and only LINC website.

      If you receive any suspicious or unexpected communication, or if you are uncertain about its legitimacy, please contact us immediately at LINCregistration@hmpglobal.com

    • Terms of Business

      By registering via the public registration for LINC 2026, you must accept our Terms of Business.

    • Letter of invitation

      Participants can apply for an invitation letter in their registration account after they have purchased a course registration. Please note that an invitation letter will only be issued to individuals who have completed their registration and made full payment via the registration website.

    • For inquiries regarding registration

      If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or phone. Our phone line will be available from 4th of September 2025. You can reach us Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00–13:00 CEST/CET. You can also leave a message on our answering machine outside of these hours and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Registration-Rules-and-Process

    • Registration Rules

      1) Central European Time (CET/CEST) applies.
      2) Industry registrations are valid for participants, who work at a company that does not participate in sponsorship/support of LINC. If you are employed by industry and not a physician or working at a medical institution, you MUST register as "Industry. Participants who work at a sponsoring/supporting company must register via the company sponsor registration account only to benefit from the company sponsor registration terms and rates.
      3) The reduced student registration fee is only available to students who have not concluded their first study yet and who are currently enroled at the university.
      4) The reduced nurse/AHP registration fee is only available to participants who are currently employed as nurses or allied health professional (advanced practitioners like nurse practitioners, radiographers, and cath lab technicians (not physicians).
      5) The reduced fellow registration fee is only available to participants who are currently employed as fellow and have finished medical school no longer than 6 years ago but are still in training of their first specialization.
      6) Please provide proof of your current university enrolment/employment status. We only accept ENGLISH or GERMAN verifications. After we receive and verify the proof your registration becomes valid. Please note, that we might change the registration fee to the full registration fee, if the proof is not sufficient for the organisers.

      Please note: Any change requested (re-bookings, invoice changes, name/e-mail address change) will result in an 80 Euro handling fee!

    • Registration Process

      Individual bookings

      1. Booker selects registration
      2. Assigns registration to “myself” or to someone else
      3. Fills in the data required (participation form and invoice data, upload of proof discount eligibility)
      4. Booker pays the registration fee online
      5. Booker receives invoice e-mail
      6. Participant receives e-mail asking to accept, fill in the participant form (if it’s not the booker) and checks-in
      7. Participant receives e-mail with a ticket

       

      Group bookings

      1. Booker selects multiple tickets
      2. Booker immediately is transferred to the "Pay" step.
      3. After paying, user receives an e-mail with the invoice.
      4. User can start assigning tickets by providing names and e-mail addresses. Names have to be provided within 5 days.
      5. Assigned participants will receive an e-mail to accept, fill in the participant form and check-in.

    • Code of Conduct

      HMP Global is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, safe, and respectful space during our in-person and online events, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, disability, and/or other differences. Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
       
      Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees, and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected to abide by this Code.

    • Sessions

      Sessions are subject to change.

      No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of LINC without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. Please complete the Press Pass request form for access.
