EBAC certificate
EBAC certificates are only available if you have scanned your badge at the EBAC scan terminals at Main Arena 1 and 2.

To receive your EBAC certificate, you must complete the following evaluation form (1 minute completion time). Upon completion, you will receive a 4-digit code issued by EBAC.
Please send that participation code to Provascular to receive your EBAC certificate. The request email address will be announced with your code.
