Michael Simms, LCSW, LAC, NMIT, CSAT, CIFST, ADS, is the Chief Operating Officer at All Points North and a behavioral health leader with experience across mental health, addiction treatment, trauma recovery, and integrative care. He has served across the continuum of care in roles including therapist, clinical director, executive director, and chief clinical officer. Michael holds credentials in clinical social work, addictions counseling, sex addiction treatment, Internal Family Systems, Acudetox, and natural medicine facilitation in Colorado. He is especially passionate about trauma-informed care, innovative treatment models, and helping clients achieve lasting healing and recovery.
