Since beginning his career in 2004, Kevin has built a reputation for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and implementing scalable operational strategies.

In 2019, Kevin transitioned into the addiction treatment space, where he has played a critical role in transforming admissions operations to better serve patients and families in need. His expertise includes motivational interviewing, executive leadership, and the design of efficient workflows that optimize both patient experience and organizational outcomes.
