Rosana Trivino-Perez, LCSW is a bilingual/bicultural clinician, trainer, and organizational consultant with extensive experience across research, clinical practice, and systems-level program implementation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology and a Graduate Degree in Industrial/Organizational Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC).
She currently serves as a Trainer and Clinical Specialist at UCLA Integrated Substance Use and Addiction Programs and has been a primary trainer for California’s Recovery Incentives program since its inception. Her professional background includes collaboration on applied research projects, consulting with corporate, political, and nonprofit organizations, providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) training, and supporting responsive service delivery for underserved communities.
As a licensed clinical social worker, she is deeply committed to social justice, leveraging her clinical, training, and organizational development expertise to advance access to competent, aligned care and to support positive systems change.
