A 25-year veteran in behavioral health, Krista Gilbert, PhD, is Chief Executive Officer for Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, which operates 18 facilities across Idaho, Washington, Colorado and Nebraska focused on adult inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment, and their adolescent service line, Imagine by Northpoint, focused on mental healthcare and co-occurring addiction treatment services.

Before joining the team at Northpoint Recovery, Gilbert served as CEO of Constellation Behavioral Health, held a senior executive role with Foundations Recovery Network, was CEO at Michael’s House and Alta Mira Treatment Programs, as well as having held an executive role at Bayside Marin. In addition to her operational and management experience, Krista has a PhD in Psychology and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Dr. Gilbert brings deep expertise in scaling multi-site, multi-state platforms, creating strength-based organizational cultures, and inspiring and delivering clinical excellence.
