He managed a $52 million budget and oversaw treatment programs staffed by over 400 professionals. Now a Behavioral Health and Justice Consultant and Expert, David collaborates with organizations to optimize service delivery, implement evidence-based practices, and enhance outcomes for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
