Audrey is a career oncology nurse currently working as a nurse manager at Riverview Medical Center (RMC) in Red Bank, New Jersey. RMC is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health Network. Previously to her role at RMC she was a clinical nurse supervisor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and brings over 15 years of oncology nursing experience across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings within the Memorial Sloan Kettering Network. She has cultivated expertise in symptom management, emergency response, and interdisciplinary leadership, consistently advancing patient care and nursing practice.
Audrey has spearheaded multiple quality improvement initiatives, including projects to enhance emergency response coordination at the Monmouth regional site, streamline COVID-19 testing workflows, and reduce hospital readmission rates. Her leadership extends beyond clinical practice; she previously served as Chair of the Emergency Oncology Nursing Council of Informatics and presented on malignant fungating wounds and palliative interventions at the 2022 SAWC Spring Conference.
A dedicated mentor, leader, clinician, and educator, Audrey is passionate about professional growth within the nursing community. She has led initiatives to increase oncology nursing certification rates and to strengthen resilience in practice, supporting both individual development and team excellence.
Audrey earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Clinical Leadership from Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America. Outside of her nursing career she is a mother and her interests include travel, running, skiing, pickleball, hiking and enjoying the beach with her family and dogs.
