The Official Meeting of Wounds
Yvette Mier, BSN, RN, CWON, is a nationally recognized Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse with more than 25 years of experience in wound care. For the past two decades, she has served at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center—the flagship facility of the Southeast's largest healthcare system—where she leads clinical operations at the Outpatient Wound Center.
Yvette is a published author and respected voice in the field, contributing a chapter to the WOCN Core Curriculum: Wound Management textbook and presenting numerous research posters at national wound care conferences. She also serves as clinical faculty for the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) program at Emory University.
