Dr. Chim currently serves as the Chief of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He also serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. His clinical and academic interests are broad including both reconstructive and aesthetic apsects of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. This includes aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, breast & body. He regularly performs complex reconstructions from head-to-toe for complex deformities resulting from trauma, cancer and other disease. He is specifically referred patients for complex limb salvage, abdominal wall reconstruction, scalp & spinal reconstruction, nasal reconstruction and facial trauma reconstruction which require both unique/novel flap techniques and microsurgical approaches.
