Pressure with Purpose: Advancing Compression Therapy

Compression remains the cornerstone of venous leg ulcer management, yet successful treatment requires more than simply applying pressure. Emerging evidence highlights the importance of selecting the right approach based on wound characteristics, vascular status, mobility, comfort, and the patient's ability to sustain therapy. Through expert discussion and case-based application, this session will translate current evidence into practical strategies for selecting, applying, and adapting compression to strengthen adherence and support healing.
