Chrystalbelle Rogers is a highly accomplished nurse leader with over two decades of experience in wound care, nursing administration, and clinical education. A Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) and Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP), she holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Southwest Baptist University. 

As Director of Clinical Services at Hartmann USA, Chrystalbelle leads clinical education, training, and marketing strategies, leveraging her expertise in acute and post-acute care. Her career spans roles in nursing administration, wound program leadership, and specialized inpatient and outpatient care, including burn care, dermatology, pediatric oncology, and home health. 

Committed to advancing skin and wound care, she is an active member of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. With a passion for improving patient outcomes and empowering healthcare professionals, Chrystalbelle continues to drive innovation in clinical practice and education.
