She is known for integrating innovative treatment options, such as ketamine-assisted therapy and neuromodulation, with comprehensive psychiatric care, strong safety protocols, and informed, collaborative decision-making.
In addition to clinical care, Dr. Kropp is deeply involved in program development and systems design, creating treatment pathways and educational resources that support patients, families, first responders, and fellow clinicians. Her work emphasizes continuity of care, ethical implementation of emerging treatments, and building sustainable behavioral health programs that prioritize both patient outcomes and provider well-being.
As a participant in the Psych Congress Elevate Emerging Voices program, Dr. Kropp brings a real-world clinical perspective to conversations about innovation in psychiatry, with a focus on translating emerging science into compassionate, practical care that supports long-term healing.
