Dr. Andrea Gleim is a bilingual licensed psychologist, speaker, and leadership and identity consultant specializing in supporting high-performing professionals through leadership transitions, identity development, and sustainable success. She is the founder of Mindfully Mine and TheraBoss, where she works with leaders, therapists, athletes, and executives navigating pivotal career moments that require clarity, alignment, and grounded decision-making.

Dr. Gleim’s work is rooted in psychological science, cultural identity, and systems-level thinking. Through evidence-informed consulting and strategic support, she helps clients strengthen leadership identity, expand into ownership or executive roles, and build meaningful success without burnout or self-abandonment. Her approach is analytical, culturally responsive, and designed for long-term performance and well-being.

She works especially closely with women in leadership, minority professionals, therapists transitioning into leadership or private practice ownership, and individuals redefining identity beyond performance. As a proud Latina of Salvadoran and Puerto Rican descent and a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Gleim brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work, helping clients lead without code-switching or shrinking.

In addition to her consulting and speaking, Dr. Gleim serves as an adjunct professor at Felician University, teaching graduate-level coursework including Psychopharmacology, Introduction to Counseling, Developmental Psychology, and Theories of Personality.
