Shelley Abadi is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and clinical quality consultant with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. She completed her BSN, MSN, and DNP at the University of Colorado Anschutz and works in a variety of practice settings. Her clinical experience includes outpatient, inpatient (acute treatment and crisis stabilization), corrections, and substance use disorder populations. Shelley has specific expertise in TMS, ketamine, and Spravato treatments and provides care throughout the lifespan.

In addition to her clinical work, Shelley consults on clinical quality programming for a national telepsych company, speaks on pharmaceuticals and pharmacogenomics, and provides advisory services to small and mid-sized psychiatric practices. She is currently contracted with Community Reach Center, Balanced Mental Wellness, All Points North, Headway, and Teva.

Prior to transitioning to clinical practice, Shelley worked in healthcare consulting, advising on revenue cycle, IT, and operations. She earned a BS in finance from the University of Denver and an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado.
