2026 Sessions

From Foundations to Futures: Psychotherapy in 2026

The Evolution of Psychotherapy conference opens with a dynamic conversation reflecting on how the field has transformed over the past four decades. Drawing on their unique vantage point at the center of the Evolution of Psychotherapy, Jeff Zeig, PhD, and Julie T. Anné Zeig, PhD, will explore the major shifts in theory, practice, and culture that have shaped how therapists help people change. From the rise of integrative approaches to the influence of leading innovators, this session sets the stage for the conference by examining where psychotherapy has been, what has driven its growth, and how these lessons inform the future of meaningful, effective psychotherapeutic work.
