Geneva Whitmore is Associate Vice President of Clinical Quality at Global Medical Response and holds a Master of Public Health. She leads the Clinical Quality team, driving improved patient outcomes and alignment with industry standards in Continuous Quality Improvement, clinical metrics, and performance analysis. Originally trained as a chemist, she transitioned from biotech to EMS in 2009, becoming an EMT and joining GMR in 2010 while serving in a volunteer fire department. After completing her graduate degree, she advanced to Clinical Integration Data Manager, where she developed the Clinical Outcomes and Performance Analysis (CO/PA) program for air and ground partners. This work fostered best practice sharing and collaboration. Whitmore specializes in building data-driven quality programs and leading cross-functional teams to advance clinical excellence.
