With a B.S. in Supervision and Management from Palm Beach State University, his extensive expertise spans clinical, billing, and business operations. He’s led pivotal roles at leading treatment centers and, in 2010, innovated a solution to address inefficiencies in patient responsibility collections, enhancing it tenfold within a year. This led him to establish The Revenue Solution (TRS) in 2018, a receivables management firm renowned for aiding providers in compliant and profitable collections. In 2023, Zealie acquired TRS, and TJ currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Zealie and CEO of TRS. His guiding principle: “Every successful business is a customer service business.”
