His passion is helping organizations thrive by applying practical innovations that really work for patients. He was a member of the national management team at Aon North America, where he led life sciences innovation, benefit products and solutions, while creating bridges with Aon Risk that led to value-based healthcare and enterprise risk management collaborations. Randy’s consulting practice over time has primarily served Fortune 500 firms across the United States, but he is nationally known for his multidisciplinary knowledge and innovation insights.
