Misha McKinney, MHA, RN, OCN is Vice President of Clinical Programs at Kaiser Permanente and Executive Director of the Care Management Institute. She leads national efforts to integrate evidence‑based care across major clinical programs, including cancer care, and partners with physician leaders to advance quality and care transformation. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Misha served as Director of Clinical Pathways and Implementation Science at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. During her 15‑year tenure, she held senior nursing leadership roles, including management of the Blood and Marrow Transplant unit. Before entering nursing, Misha spent a decade in financial services, audit, and consulting. From 2016 to 2023, Misha moderated and chaired the Clinical Pathways Forum, a community of pathways professionals from cancer centers across North America. She served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Clinical Pathways and was a payer observer in the FACT Community CAR‑T Working Group, contributing to the first edition of the FACT Standards for Immune Effector Cells in the Community Clinical Setting. Misha holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, MA, and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. She is a graduate of the Implementation Science program at the University of California, San Francisco, and is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
