Shubha Bhat, PharmD, MS, FCCP, BCACP is a Gastroenterology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist within the Digestive Disease Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Her postgraduate training includes clinical pharmacy residency and health outcomes fellowship at Boston Medical Center, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the University of Colorado. In her current role, Dr. Bhat educates patients about medications, monitors medication outcomes, manages adverse effects, and oversees health maintenance for individuals with inflammatory bowel disease. Her research centers on improving access, adoption, and outcomes for IBD therapies. Additionally, Dr. Bhat contributes to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and South Asian IBD Alliance while actively serving on various committees.
