You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies offering guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global and/or AIBD or even the host hotel.

Please be aware that neither HMP Global, AIBD, nor the hotel have authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may  offer lower rates, however, they are often illegitimate.
