Payal Kakadiya received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. She went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency at VCU Health. Payal is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist who started off her career practicing at VCU Health as one of the clinical pharmacy specialists on Internal Medicine services as well as the inpatient Digestive Health service and outpatient GI and Medicine Infusion Clinic. She has now transitioned into her role as the Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner in the GI/IBD Clinics at UNC Health.
