Michele Canale

Michele Canale is the founder and CEO of Modern Recovery Network, Modern Recovery Services, and Avery’s House. With over 20 years of experience as both an educator and substance use counselor, she has built programs that serve adolescents and adults through residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and virtual care.

In 2025, Michele led the successful acquisition of her organizations by BrentCare Behavioral. She partnering with Kevin Taggert and he helped her find the perfect match for expansion while keeping the mission at heart. Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling, volunteering with local youth sports, and spending time with her husband, teenage daughter, and three dogs.
