Room Rate: $289.00 single/double occupancy, plus applicable tax (currently 14.02%) and $12.00 daily service charge. Guests will also be offered the option of adding additional services via a $52.00 daily resort fee.
TCIV has secured a limited block of rooms available at the special conference rate until the Early Reservation deadline of November 6, 2026. We strongly encourage attendees to book early, as the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a high-demand destination during the holiday season.

      We encourage attendees to book within the TCIV West Room Block to:

      1. Save Money – To make the best use of your registration dollars, we have negotiated a special reduced rate available only to TCIV West attendees. 

      2. Gain Additional Networking Opportunities – By staying at the conference hotel, you enhance your opportunities to meet with colleagues and share experiences and ideas. Plus, when you book within the block, you gain access to important announcements at check-in and any deliveries arranged by exhibitors. 

      3. Support Future Meetings – When you book within the block, you help to keep meeting costs as low as possible and enable us to provide some of the important meeting features attendees have come to enjoy. You are not only supporting the Retreat, but reinforcing our reputation and locking in special rates for future meetings, enhancing the overall attendee experience.

Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate.
