TCIV West 2024 Golf Tournament
The Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat West is hosting a golf tournament Monday, December 9 with an 8:30 AM shotgun start.
This is the only official golf outing at the Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat West. Any other golf-related activities are not coordinated with, or endorsed by, or part of, the conference.
THE COURSE
Padre Course at Camelback Golf Club
7847 N. Mockingbird Lane
Scottsdale, Arizona 85253
Designed by world-renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, Padre Course features towering trees, subtle landforms, and impressive bunkering to sharpen your game. This 6,903-yard, par 72 design is known for its strategic layout and multiple lakes.
QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS
The tournament is limited to 48 golfers, with priority placed on healthcare/treatment center providers and financial professional attendees.
TCIV West reserves the right to approve or deny the participation of any conference attendee at any time, and all-conference fees must be paid to participate. Golfers must be registered to attend TCIV West.
TCIV West sponsors who are interested in participating should contact their sales representative. Non-golf sponsors will be added to a waitlist and be notified if a spot becomes available.
TEE TIMES AND FOURSOMES
8:30 AM shotgun start on Monday, December 9. Prior to the tournament, we will contact you with your anticipated tee time, but the time is not guaranteed. Please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance (8:10 AM).
To promote networking, the conference will assign foursomes. We encourage you to bring your business cards. Please note we cannot accommodate individual pairing requests.
AWARDS
On Monday, December 9 during the opening plenary tournament winners will be announced. Winners can pick up their prizes at conference registration at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess (the conference venue) with a valid government-issued ID. Awards will be given for:
- Longest Putt ($100 AMEX gift card)
- Longest Drive in Fairway ($100 AMEX gift card)
- Shortest Drive ($100 AMEX gift card)
- Closest to Pin ($100 AMEX gift card)
- The two Lowest Scoring Foursomes ($25 AMEX gift card per player)
Awards must be claimed during the conference. TCIV West reserves the right to adjust prizes at any time.
FEES
Participation is $238.27
TaylorMade clubs are available for rental for $75 per set and include 2 sleeves of golf balls. Rented clubs will be preset on carts.
Shoe rental is $18.00
You may select the option to rent clubs or shoes during the conference registration process.
TCIV West will provide transportation to/from the course from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, the conference venue. If you’d like to use your own form of transportation, please note the course is about a 30-minute drive from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
Food and beverages are available for purchase at the course. The course does not permit food and beverages not purchased at the course.
ATTIRE
All players shall abide by the JW Marriott Camelback Golf Course dress code:
- Playing golf in bare feet, sandals, and open-toed or elevated heel-type shoes is not permitted.
- Golfers must wear collared shirts at all times with golf pants or Bermuda-style shorts.
- Blue jeans, short-shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts, halter, or bikini tops are not permitted.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION
Should the course cancel the play, Club rental fees, and shoe rental will be refunded. Registrants will be notified of where they can pick up their complimentary golf swag at the conference.
