Michael Hailye

Michael was appointed as the company’s Chief Technology Officer during March 2022. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads the Information Technology department. He is responsible for Applications & Data integration, analysis, automation & AI, development and support, Data analytics, Cybersecurity risk management and IT Infrastructure management for all CMS treatment facilities, employees and external partners. He holds a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He started his career in research and engineering then transitioned to serve as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Following his service, he led teams providing Information Technology Risk Management and Cybersecurity
services with Ernst & Young LLC. During the past 15 years he held multiple CIO executive leadership positions within the Behavioral Health services industry with a focus on innovative use of cloud services, agile software development platforms, data analytics, BI, and machine learning/AI. He has provided innovative and cost-effective technology solutions to improve business efficiency and behavioral health treatment services and outcomes to patients.
