Shannon Gollnick has been in EMS for over 25 years, beginning his career as a paramedic with the East Chicago Fire Department for 10 years before moving into EMS leadership. Since that time, Shannon has led both ground and air EMS organizations in various states. He has worked to develop mobile integrated healthcare systems as well as improved deployment systems for municipal, private, and hospital based providers. He is currently a mobile healthcare consultant with PWW|AG.

Dr. Gollnick earned a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in strategic management from Indiana Wesleyan University and his doctorate of business in organizational behavior and leadership from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Shannon is a nationally registered paramedic (NRP), a certified flight paramedic (FP-C), and certified community paramedic (CP-C)
