Exhibitor and Group blocks of 10 or more rooms can be arranged subject to the following guarantee and deposit policy.

  • When booking your sub-block, you must provide a valid credit card to guarantee payment.
  • All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of two night’s room and tax and will be charged by the hotel beginning April 6, 2026.
  • This deposit will be applied to each guest’s folio upon check-in. Please note that if you cancel after April 6, this deposit will not be refunded.
