Jaime Salai, NRP, is a paramedic with Indianapolis EMS and has served as a Field Training Officer since August 2022. She cultivates a structured field training environment focused on preparing future providers for every aspect of their role, including patient care, provider wellness, and professional accountability. Her work bridges classroom knowledge with real-world performance, equipping new clinicians with sound judgment, confidence, and operational readiness. Jaime is committed to building training systems that develop not only competent paramedics, but resilient and accountable leaders in the field.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Jaime is a pageant titleholder who uses her platform to advocate for mental health care accessibility and affordability for first responders, advancing a stronger and more supported EMS workforce.
