Kaitlyn Armstrong-Glenn, BS, NRP, is a Flight Paramedic with Air Methods and an EMS Instructor at Nova Southeastern University and The School of EMS. With 15 years of experience in emergency medical services, she has served in a variety of clinical, educational, and leadership roles, ranging from firefighter to operational leadership. Since 2012, Glenn has instructed for multiple EMS agencies, academic institutions, and continuing education programs. She holds instructor certifications across multiple disciplines, has extensive experience developing curricula, designing training programs, and creating clinical and operational protocols for Fire and EMS agencies throughout Central Florida as well as assisting in the development of the 5th Edition Emergency Pediatric Care course for the NAEMT as Affiliate Faculty.
