Kyle Narron, EMT, CCRC, is a recognized expert in clinical research with a focus on critical care medicine at VCU Health. After developing PTSD as a firefighter-medic working more than 80 hours a week in service to his community, he transitioned his frontline critical care experience into the academic research arena. A multi-year EMS Provider of the Year award recipient, Kyle continues to advocate passionately for first responder mental health, including delivering testimony at the FDA in support of expanded research and treatment options for PTSD. He has become a subject matter expert in clinical research operations, designing and implementing workflows to support a $158 million research portfolio while leading educational initiatives that emphasize process optimization, operational accountability, and the advancement of clinical discovery and innovation.
