Allen G. Lewis, MPA, CFO, CEMSO, CEM, FWEM, is an internationally experienced paramedic, fire chief, and emergency management leader with over 25 years of service across the United States, Africa, the Middle East, and the Pacific. He is the former Director of Emergency Services for U.S. Army Garrison–Kwajalein Atoll and an Adjunct Professor of EMS Administration at Columbia Southern University. A Fellow of World Extreme Medicine and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh’s Faculty of Remote, Rural & Humanitarian Healthcare, Allen has served as a protective security medic for the U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan, a remote/maritime medic, and a consultant for Emergency Services Consulting International. He holds a Master of Public Administration and is a nationally recognized conference speaker on EMS leadership, austere medicine, and high-threat operations.
