Faculty Agenda

Becky Johnson is an EMS and fire-service educator with more than 15 years of experience in instructional design, simulation-based training, and curriculum development. As Director of Education & Training at Allied Medical Training, she leads EMR/EMT program delivery, manages NREMT skills exams, and develops curriculum that emphasizes psychomotor proficiency and affective-domain skills. Becky also serves as Training Captain for the Mendota Heights Fire Department, where she designs and leads the department’s Fire Academy and department training, providing hands-on coaching to firefighters. Her background spans biochemistry, corporate learning leadership, and frontline responder experience, giving her a multidisciplinary approach to preparing competent, confident, and resilient emergency providers.
