Will Hendon as a transformative HealthCare leader known for empowering others through servant leadership. After a decade in corrections, where he developed his leadership style, Will transitioned to EMS, becoming a licensed paramedic and later a Regional Director. His leadership revitalized struggling EMS systems, setting new standards for performance and culture. Will’s passion for public speaking began at age fourteen as a licensed minister, inspiring others through hard work and dedication. He is committed to his family, sharing life with his wife Erin and their four children, and values raising a strong, community-oriented family. His journey is marked by perseverance, influence, and a drive to help others achieve their best.
