Will’s passion for public speaking began at age fourteen as a licensed minister, inspiring others through hard work and dedication. He is committed to his family, sharing life with his wife Erin and their four children, and values raising a strong, community-oriented family. His journey is marked by perseverance, influence, and a drive to help others achieve their best.

Macara Trusty, LP, MS, SHRM‑SCP, is the Director of Operational Performance for Global Medical Response (GMR), where she leads system‑level culture, leadership, and operational transformation across complex, high‑reliability environments.
With more than 30 years of experience in emergency services and operations, Macara is widely recognized as a culture diagnostician and change leader, specializing in leadership pipeline development, organizational turnaround, and performance optimization. Her work bridges frontline reality with executive strategy, helping organizations align people, process, and purpose, especially in high‑pressure, mission‑critical settings.
Macara holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership. She is a frequent national speaker and facilitator, known for her practical, plainspoken approach to leadership, accountability, and culture reset work. Her sessions challenge leaders to move beyond theory and into disciplined, human‑centered execution that delivers measurable results.
