Ellika Greaves is the Canada Regional Coordinator for the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation and a leading advocate for trauma-informed practice in collegiate EMS. She began her career with the McMaster University Emergency First Response Team, where she worked for three years and developed Trauma-Informed Teams, an initiative to shape responder education and patient support across North American collegiate agencies. Ellika holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biology and Pharmacology (Co-Op) from McMaster University, and conducts research in nutrition and healthy aging at the University of British Columbia.
