Sean Davenport

Sean Davenport, BS, NRP, serves as the Clinical Manager for Pinellas County Safety and Emergency Services, where he oversees EMS education, credentialing, quality improvement, clinical workforce development, and the Emergency Medical Services Academy for one of Florida's largest integrated EMS systems. With more than 20 years of experience in emergency medical services, critical care transport, fire-based EMS, and healthcare education, Sean has dedicated his career to advancing clinical excellence through education, leadership, and evidence-based practice. His experience spans frontline paramedic operations, critical care transport, EMS academy leadership, instructor development, and system-wide quality improvement. In his current role, Sean leads EMS education and competency programs supporting more than 2,000 EMS providers across multiple fire departments and transport agencies. He oversees continuing medical education, academy operations, credentialing, instructor development, and implementation of new clinical initiatives while working closely with EMS leaders, Medical Directors, hospitals, and community partners.

Marsha Frontz is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with 37 yrs of experience. She obtained her Associate Degree in Emergency Medical Care from Eastern Ky University.
Marsha retired in 2016 after 27 yrs in EMS but continues to work part time with Georgetown Scott Co EMS as a Clinical Educator and works part time for Bluegrass Community Technical College as Adjunct Faculty for EMT and Paramedic training. She is passionate about EMS, education, mentorship, and advancing excellence in patient care.
Marsha serves as the NAEMT State Education Coordinator for KY and was awarded the NAEMT Education Service Award in 2022. She serves as Affiliate Faculty for AMLS, PHTLS, TECC, EPC.
Marsha and husband Chris live in Berea, Ky. They are the proud parents of 2 daughters and a 7-month old grandson.

Tony Hayes is a distinguished healthcare professional known for his expertise in emergency and trauma medicine. With a career spanning over 30 years and encompassing various roles and responsibilities, Tony has made significant contributions to the field. Currently serving as the Director of TraumaOne Flight and Ground Services at UF Health Jacksonville, as well as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner at Ascension St. Vincent's, he continues to impact patient care and medical education. Tony holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Emergency Medicine, and currently practices with Vituity in the Emergency Department at Ascension St. Vincents, Jacksonville. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his numerous national certifications, including Certified Emergency Nurse, Certified Trauma Nurse, and National Registered Paramedic. Moreover, he holds the esteemed designation of Flight Paramedic Certified. Throughout his career, Tony has demonstrated a commitment to service and professional development. His journey began as a Volunteer Firefighter before transitioning into the role of a U.S Army Flight Paramedic. With a strong foundation in emergency medical care, he further expanded his expertise as a Nationally Registered Paramedic and later served as a United States Special Operations Medical Instructor. Tony's experience also extends beyond domestic borders, having served as an International Tactical Medic and Instructor.
Tony has also played pivotal leadership roles within the medical community, including positions as a Flight Paramedic/Nurse for TraumaOne before advancing into the position of manager, and subsequently promoted to director. He has also served as a Paramedic Instructor at prestigious institutions such as the Florida Medical Training Institute and Camsen Career Institute. Tony is currently an affiliate faculty for PHTLS, TECC, and AMLS for the NAEMT.

Keith is the Director of the Tactical Operations Medical Skills (TOMS) Training Center within the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Surgeon General’s Office. As a combat medical skills instructor, he educates and trains Department of War personnel, various government agencies, and foreign coalition forces in combat medicine and casualty evacuation. Additionally, he is a selected voting member for the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC). A certified State of Florida and Nationally Registered Paramedic, he also acts as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor and Training Site Faculty member.

Steven A. Sheffer, MBA, RN, NRP, currently serves a Professor of Emergency Medical Services at Florida State College Jacksonville and Tactical Medical Coordinator for the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office. His EMS and law enforcement career spans over 45 years and includes both ground and air transport. A graduate of Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida, Steven holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management as well as degrees in Nursing and Emergency Medical Services. Steven holds affiliate faculty status with NAEMT in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support and Advanced Medical Life Support. He is a member of the Special Operations Medical Association.
