Sean Davenport, BS, NRP, serves as the Clinical Manager for Pinellas County Safety and Emergency Services, where he oversees EMS education, credentialing, quality improvement, clinical workforce development, and the Emergency Medical Services Academy for one of Florida's largest integrated EMS systems. With more than 20 years of experience in emergency medical services, critical care transport, fire-based EMS, and healthcare education, Sean has dedicated his career to advancing clinical excellence through education, leadership, and evidence-based practice. His experience spans frontline paramedic operations, critical care transport, EMS academy leadership, instructor development, and system-wide quality improvement. In his current role, Sean leads EMS education and competency programs supporting more than 2,000 EMS providers across multiple fire departments and transport agencies. He oversees continuing medical education, academy operations, credentialing, instructor development, and implementation of new clinical initiatives while working closely with EMS leaders, Medical Directors, hospitals, and community partners.
