Faculty Agenda

Edward Bauter, MBA, MHL, is a Paramedic, and CEO of Overrun Productions LLC and founder of OverrunEMS.com, based in New Jersey, where he leads a multi-platform EMS education and leadership initiative that includes The Overrun Podcast and Monday Afternoon Journal Club. He is a PhD student in Health Sciences (Healthcare Leadership) at Seton Hall University and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and an MBA in Healthcare Management, along with extensive training and experience as a frontline paramedic and EMS educator. His major accomplishments include designing and delivering advanced EMS leadership and clinical education programs, developing choice-architecture–focused research on EMS decision-making, and serving as a national speaker on EMS leadership, and evidence-informed educational practice.
