Faculty Agenda

Chief Tom Arkins is the current section chief of IT & Informatics for Indianapolis EMS. He has been in public safety since 1986 starting his career with White River Fire Department. He has been with Wishard/Indianapolis EMS since 1994 serving as an EMT, Paramedic, EMS Supervisor, and Tactical Paramedic. He is the immediate past Vice Chair of the National Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
