Sophie Fuller is an internationally nationally recognized critical care paramedic, flight clinician, and EMS educator known as “Paramedic Sophie” across social media platforms. With experience spanning from 911 ground response to air medical operations, she currently serves as President of the Tennessee Association of EMS Providers. Sophie is the founder of Life and Sirens Podcast, she is known for bridging clinical excellence with cultural transformation in EMS leadership, mental health, and mentorship. She is passionate about culture and mentorship within the field and is the author of "The Next Shift: For Paramedics Ready to Learn, Lead, and Last."
