Sophie Fuller is a critical care ground paramedic, flight paramedic, and president of the Tennessee Association of EMS Providers (TAEMSP). Known online as Paramedic Sophie, she’s a nationally recognized educator and co-host of the Life and Sirens podcast. Sophie is passionate about reshaping EMS culture through bold leadership, honest conversations, and advocacy for frontline providers. She speaks across the country on topics like prehospital education, mentorship, and the future of emergency medicine.
